| When our store in financially ready, we will be buying your items at the time of your appointment. We will be buying approximately 25 pieces at a time. You are welcome to bring more with you, however, we will pick approximately 25 at a time. All items will still be taken in by appointment only. Our price listing will be as follows: |
| This is a general price listing. Please be aware that the actual amount given will be determined once the items are brought into the store Plain long sleep and short sleeve t-shirts $1 Dress shirts and casual tops $2 Shorts $2 Capris $2 All pants (jeans, dress) $2 Swimwear: Single tops $2 single bottoms $2 2pc set and 1pc suits $3 2 & 3pc outfits $3-$5 Dresses $3 Accessories (purses, shoes, scarves, belts, ect) $1-$3 The same rules about style/condition/stains/wear/size will still apply to all items taken in. |
| Please note that we will no longer be accepting sleep wear, bras or any "plus size" item that is an XL. Every size we take in will be plus size only which means it cannot be found in the misses section of a store. |
Pansyle’s Boutique LLC will only take items that are in style. They must be 2 years
old or under, clean, pressed or folded nicely, not altered, no buttons missing, no
lint balls present, and no underarm, collar, cuff, makeup, hem, nicotine, or formula
stains. Additionally, we do not accept clothing with words or names and we will not
accept any tops with elastic bottoms.
PLEASE BRING NO MORE THAN 50 ITEMS. IF YOU BRING MORE, WE WILL PICK 50
AND SEND YOU HOME WITH THE REST – NO EXCEPTIONS!
We choose only the items we think will sell and we price them accordingly. Please
understand that we may find items that have stains that we didn’t see in the initial
meeting. Those items will be donated. You will receive 50% of the selling price and
Pansyle’s Boutique LLC will receive 50%.
All clothing is kept out year-round for 1 year. I DO NOT GIVE CLOTHING BACK. If
after 1 year, the item hasn't sold, the item then becomes the property of Pansyle's
Boutique.

Any money not claimed within 1 year after you last item has sold will be considered null
and void.
We reduce the price of items for sales, senior discounts, competitive pricing, and
store promotions as we see fit. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE HOW SWIFTLY YOUR ITEMS
WILL SELL.
As owner of merchandise brought to Pansyle’s Boutique LLC for consignment, I agree to
all terms and conditions of this
contract.
